We're so sorry to hear your car's been stolen, we know how upsetting it can be. The first thing to do is to report the theft to the police immediately. Dial ‘101’ and ask to be put through to your local station. They'll ask for details including your registration number, make, model and colour of the car. They’ll also give you a crime reference number which you’ll need when you call us.

Next, call us on 0800 032 2577. Our claims line is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and we'll do everything we can to help. If you have courtesy car cover, we'll arrange a small hatchback (like a Ford KA) for up to 14 days or four days from the date we pay your claim (whichever comes first).

To discuss an existing stolen car claim, please call us on 0800 032 1769. Existing stolen car claims line open 8:30am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday. Calls may be recorded.
