What do I do if there's a home emergency?

With our LV= Home Insurance policy, we have a special LV= home emergency assistance helpline which can be used in emergencies.

If something should happen, like a broken boiler or a blocked toilet or drain, our trained UK operators are on hand 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Our operators will arrange for an approved trades person to come out to your home and assist with the problem, making sure that the emergency gets sorted out as quickly as possible.
