I haven’t bought any add-ons with my policy, but can see the documents in my account anyway. Why’s that?

Although you may not have purchased the add-ons to a particular policy, all the associated documents will appear anyway. This is nothing to worry about, though - just refer to your important documents to see what you're covered for.
