With our home insurance, you have access to three free helpline services.

Domestic emergencies - call 0800 028 5988 (Lines open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year)

If you or your family have an emergency in your home, like a blocked toilet or your boiler breaks down, call our Domestic Emergency Assistance helpline. A trained operator can arrange for emergency assistance or repairs.

Identity fraud assistance - call 0800 028 5447 (Lines open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year)

Call one of our designated identity fraud experts to obtain confidential advice on any matter relating to identity fraud, or call them as soon as you become aware that you or your family are or may be a victim of identity fraud.

Legal advice - call 0800 028 5411 (Lines open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year)

Our confidential legal advice helpline is managed on our behalf by Lyons Davidson solicitors. They can put you in touch with a qualified legal adviser for advice on any personal legal matter.
