How will you settle my home insurance claim?

We try to make claiming on your LV=home insurance as straightforward and hassle-free as possible. There are no forms to fill out and, in most instances, we can settle your claim over the phone.

On some occasions we may need more information, such as estimates for repair or replacements, or other documents, like invoices or photos. If the loss or damage is quite extensive (like a large theft, or your home has been damaged by fire, water or subsidence) we may use independent loss adjusters to manage the claim on our behalf.
