How can I make a breakdown cover complaint?

To make a complaint you can call us on 0800 232 1404
Lines are open Monday to Fri 8am - 8pm, Saturday 9am - 5pm, Sunday 10am - 4pm, Bank holidays 9am - 5pm.

To write to us please address your letter to: The Quality Manager, Britannia Rescue, Folly Hall Mills, St Thomas Road, Huddersfield, West Yorkshire HD1 3LT.

Alternatively, email: quality@britanniarescue.com. When contacting us, please make sure you quote your policy or claim number.

A copy of our internal complaints procedure is available on request.

If we can't resolve your complaint, you may refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service within 6 months of receiving our final response letter.
