I haven't received my breakdown cover email confirmation, what should I do?

If you've only bought breakdown cover from us (perhaps your car is insured with another company?)  your documents will be sent by post and will arrive in five to seven days.

If you're due to travel and haven't received confirmation don't worry. You can still call us for assistance on our 24hr breakdown line on 0800 929 111 or 01484 435806 from a mobile, pay phone or a motorway emergency phone. Just make a note of the numbers before you travel.
