What if I don’t have a copy of my no claim discount (NCD)?

If you can't find proof of your NCD, you can request a copy of your latest renewal notice or letter from your last insurer.

So long as the date your last policy ended is within 24 months of your new policy starting, we can honour any no claim discount you've previously earned.  

If you're insured with LV= and can't find your documents:
- Complete our 'Request new documents' form online; or,
- Call us on 0800 633 5211, we'll be happy to help
