How do I request proof of my no claim discount (NCD)?

You can request proof of your no claim discount (NCD) in two ways. Either:
- Complete our 'Request new documents' form online, or;
- Call us on 0800 0329395, we'll be happy to help

We won’t send proof of no claim discount (NCD) if your car is still insured with us. We only send proof of NCD if your policy has expired or been cancelled.

If you've recently received a renewal letter from us, it will include details of how many years NCD you've earned. Look under the 'Your insurance includes' section of your schedule to see your NCD eligibility.

Lines open:
